Well the choice is yours with Shift and Steer you decide, both come with a huge vibrant hangout and arcade space, their own boardroom and office space. Located in La Mesa just across from the foundry and a throws stone away from the docks your in the perfect spot to run some logistics, Alternatively an industrial district just across the river from the south side, perfect spot for a low-rider mechanic or whatever you desire.

- Fully customisable textures (especially the logos)
- The option to choose to run as either a mechanic or warehouse (Through an IPL Loader)
- 2 stories and over 100 metres in length, a very large space.

Installation: Drag and drop into resources folder, in addition to this Make sure your server version is 5181 or greater (To work with the encryption), and ensure you are running your server on game build 2545 or later (Game build 2372 and some other earlier builds will also work but are not recommended) Also make sure to install and use our IPL loader (Found here) or the first 2 rooms will be empty
